Twilight is the mundane world of criminal activity that bridges the world of Daylight and Shadow.[1]
The World of Twilight[]
Twilight is the home of organized crime, gangs, thieves, corrupt officials, and shady corporations. Corporations operating in technically legal ways still fall under Twlight as their activities fall under the parameters of Twilight and the same goes for honest people who disregard oppressive laws. Twilight criminals are often actively evading the notice of Daylight law enforcement. People of Daylight are often the victims of the criminals of Twilight and are not restricted from noticing Twilight as they are the Shadow.
The Twilight also includes people who have been drawn into the edges of Twilight such as coerced individuals and the homeless. These people are often cultivated as contacts for Assassins.
Twilight often overlaps with Shadow, but rarely are Twilight contacts allowed into the domain of Assassins as the Shadow is theirs alone.
