Telepathy is one of the eight psionic Aptitudes, allowing the user to read and control minds and emotions. Users are sometimes called "teeps" or "tels."[1]
As they possess the telepath Prometheus Chamber, most telepaths belong to the Ministry of Noetic Affairs.
