Section Minerva are a clandestine group of handpicked special operatives, with their dedication and skills matched only by their sterling moral character. Section Minerva does not officially exist, although their allocations for operations are drawn from Proteus Division's budget, making them the ultimate deniable assets. Minerva operatives report directly to the Æon Council. They have no uniforms or ranks, and can be identified solely by their small lighthouse-shaped pins.

- Minerva is the Greek goddess of wisdom.
- With their lighthouse-shaped insignia, Section Minerva may be the successors to the legacy of the Pharaoh's Lightkeepers. They've used "Become the Light" as a motto, which is half the motto of the Lightkeepers. There is at least one agent who issues directives named "P," who may be a reference to Pharos.[1]
- This Section may be a reference to "Minerva," an AI agent used to mask the identity of Gustaf Beitz, the coordinator of the Huang-Marr Project in Æon 1e's Darkness Revealed series.
