The Chitra Bhanu was the quantakinesis Psi Order based out of the Bharati Commonwealth, and was the smallest of the psi orders even before its destruction. It was overseen by Proxy Dr. S. K. Bhurano. The name comes from a Vishnavi messianic term.[1]
History[]
The Order was founded as almost exclusively a pure research organization into the capabilities and function of Psi and Quantum forces. Even before the founding of the Order, Bhurano studied Quantum Flux in an effort to reduce or eliminate Quantum Flux Zones like Wycoff's Blight.
In 2109, rumors began to spread that the chibs were working with Aberrants. Concern mounted among the other Psi Orders until 2111, when the orders led an assault on the Chitra Bhanu facility. Most quantakinetics died fighting other psions, with the rest perishing in a massive explosion of unknown origin.
Rumors of survivors continue to circulate to this day.
