- ISRAn surveyors discover the Crèche system. Previously ignored for being unremarkable, it suddenly lights up like a noetic flare.[5][6]
- Ribhri is detected by a Changthongkham University observatory survey.[7][8]
- The Chui, the first of the Upeo wa Macho Chui-class vessels, is set to launch late this year.[7][8]
- The Æon Trinity establishes scientific research outposts on Rohe.[9]
- The Legions have a number of active UN peacekeeping missions in 2123: the Philippines, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the Shatter, and several areas on the border between China and the Bharati Commonwealth.[10]

- February 1: An Orgotek Locust R-3, hull registry VHL6015M, is salvaged near Saturn. Cockpit voice recorder indicates flying officer Helenice Prazeres and Sgt. Clemenz Bian encountered a 50km-long vibrating crystaline structure before the ship went missing in 2121.[14]
- February 4: Horace Guo, undercover on Marfisa, reports on the status of the colonists, the simmering anger, and how anything could spark a powderkeg -- particularly the psions revealing themselves.[15]
- February 20: Rafael Ribiero sends an opmail to Lavinia Ferreira about possible biokinetic adaption to Coalition pheremones.[16]

- May 5: UN Deputy Council Attorney Susan Hong sends a message to her brother, Legions Lieutenant Dale Hong about Martian ecoterrorism by the Red Preservationists. She recommends he tell his chain of command to protect the Oceanian immigrant community.[17]
June[]
- The Æon Trinity celebrates its 200th anniverary.
- June 21: The UNSGC Vilgeroarson crosses inside the lunar boundary of Ivdel, and comes under attack by an unknown vessel. The ship's teleporter moves the ship to a safe distance, while the Seventh Legion's UNS Ellen Ripley and Polish cruiser ORP Gdansk engage and destroy the vessel.[18][19][20][21]
July[]
- July 10: Humans land on the outskirts of a ruined settlement on Ivdel. There seem to be no survivors. A total extermination took place only a year before.[20]
- July 12: ISRA Director Julie Lin Mai sends an opmail to Juan Chavez about an assignment in Kuala Terengganu, which has caught the interest of the Old Man himself.[22]
