- The last patient with a form of aggressive cancer is announced to be free of cancerous cells. All forms of cancer have now been cured or treated through a combination of gene therapies and designer medications. The Triton Foundation declares victory over "the emperor of all maladies."[1]
- Matthieu Zweidler, future proxy of the Æsculapian Order, is born.[2]
