- After World War II, Michael Daemon Donighal is so wrapped up in his belief that stalwarts are the pinnacle of human existence, and frustrated in the Æon Society's lack of assistance in raising them up to his level, that he splits from the Æon Society. He declares they've created for themselves a wrathful god, before vanishing.[1]
- After its battle with Doctor Primoris, the Æon Society decides to move the Babel Dossier collection from the second basement of the Society's Chicago headquarters to a more secure location.[2]
- Most of the wealth of the Daughters of the Jacobins is amassed during this period, via a combination of investments and stolen Nazi gold.[3]
- Rogello Suárez Castillo is born in Moscow to the Colombian ambassador to the USSR.[4]
- The Mercer Vault is established by Maxwell Anderson Mercer on Riker's Island, as a joint venture between the Æon Society, United Nations, 9, and the US government.[5]
